All images produced for an Agent (or Broker) (Client) may be used for any and all marketing material associated with the sale of the specific property (6970 Bluebird Dr, Boise, ID, 83714) for the duration of the property listing. Use of the images after the listing is sold, expired, withdrawn or transferred, must be approved in writing by the photographer.  

Ownership of the images remains with the Photographer, and license is granted only to the Client and Client’s parent company, and not to any third party. Client may not sell, transfer, or gift any images for any reason to any third party, especially to another agent who takes over an expired, withdrawn, or cancelled listing.  Image licenses are non-transferable. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, property managers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.

The client, agent and/or homeowner may not make any digital alterations, editing, or "photoshopping" to the photos unless to simply crop the images. If there is an issue or concern with editing or photos please contact Blu Fish Photography, but do not make alterations as this is a violation of copyright.
