It starts with a conversation. One that lets me understand what is most important to you. It could be getting the home sold in the shortest time and for the most money. This is generally what home sellers tell us they want when they hire a real estate professional. But I want to dig deeper. I want to understand fully all the things that will make this experience easier for you and your loved ones. So we start there and then craft a plan of action that is specific to you and your needs.
You might not be a morning person and so I would know not to reach out to you before that second cup of coffee. Or you might have an antique rug you’re worried about toddlers spilling their apple juice at a home showing. It could be any number of big things and little things. My job is to handle these in a way that allows you to concentrate on the next steps of your life’s journey.
Of course, there will be all the other things that I believe should be standard. Staging, professional photography, on-point market analysis and pricing recommendations – all of these are a part of a successful sale. But it’s taking care of all the other details, the often unasked for things that makes all the difference. When you hire me to help you sell your home, you get an experienced, professional Realtor.
